SAPS states that completed Police Clearance Certificates are not scanned and emailed to applicants. The original certificate must be collected or sent using one of the approved collection or delivery options.

Can SAPS Email Me a PDF of My Police Clearance Certificate?

The South African Police Service specifically states that completed Police Clearance Certificates will not be scanned and emailed to applicants.
